The benthic organisms have a special status in classification of population and diversity according to the food chain and water products. This study aimed to investigate spatial and temporal changes in benthic invertebrates communities of Khoor-e- musa lagon according to ecological indices such as density, distribution, abundance and biodiversity macrobenthos from the 10 stations with triplicates during two sampling periods in summer and winter 2014. In this study, environmental factors such as dissolved oxygen, pH, salinity, temperature, turbidity, percent of organic matter and sediment particle size distribution were measured. Overall, four groups of macrobenthos were identified and counted. The highest frequency in total of two seasons in for polychaete, bivalves, gastropod and crustaceans were 45.78%, 27.39%, 26.68 % and 14.89%, respectively. The most macro groups in winter (3636) minimum number) and the lowest density of the same chapter (81 n/m2) were recorded. During this study, the maximum amount of Shannon-index, Margalef-index, Brillouin-index, Hill-index uniformity, Simpson index and Menhinic-index were recorded in the summer (2.51), summer (2.506), winter (2.39), winter (0.999), winter (0.895) and in winter (0.835), respectively. |
