Abstract:   (5802 Views)
In this study 30 healthy and mature samples of Litopenaeus vannamei and 3o infected samples with white spot virus with mean length of 8±1cm and mean weight of 30±5gr were caught from a farm. After studying morphological parameters, samples were fixed and prepared through usual histological methods and studied under light microscope. In microscopic study of sections different kind of hepatopancreatic cells including reactive-storing, secular, embryonic, entric and myoepithelial cells were determined. Also size and shape of tubules and cells were studied. Because of cell immunity and activity the vacuolated cells of hepatopancreas were more than of normal cells. Hepatopancreas cells were major and abnormal. The nucleous of infected cells were major and the nucleolous were destroyed and inclusion bodies were seen in the cytoplasm of the hepatopancreas cells. Also bacterial infection was seen in cells of hepatopancreas.
