fa اثر واکسن های تک‌واحدی و دوگانه علیه باکتری های استرپتوکوکوس اینیه (Streptococcu iniae) و ویبریو هاروی (Vibro harveyi) بر آنزیم های گوارشی ماهی باس دریایی آسیایی (Lates calcarifer) The effect of single and combined vaccines against Streptococcus iniae and Vibro harveyi on digestive enzymes of Asian sea bass (Lates calcarifer) شیلات Fisheries پژوهشي Research مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی اثرات واکسنهای تک‌واحدی و دوگانه برعلیه استرپتوکوکوس اینیه و ویبریو هاروی بر روی فعالیت آنزیمهای گوارشی در بچه ماهیان دریایی آسیایی (37/0±35/20) در پاییز 1398 انجام گرفت. ماهیان به‌صورت تصادفی به ۷ گروه آزمایشی تقسیم شدند گروه اول شامل تزریق سرم فیزیولوژی، گروه دوم شامل واکسن استرپتوکوکوس اینیه به روش تزریقی، گروه سوم شامل استرپتوکوکوس اینیه به روش غوطهوری، گروه چهارم شامل ماهیان تزریق‌شده با واکسن ویبریو هاروی به روش تزریقی، گروه پنجم ماهیان تزریق‌شده با ویبریو هاروی به روش غوطهوری، گروه ششم واکسن دوگانه استرپ-ویبریو به روش غوطهوری گروه هفتم شامل ماهیان واکسینه شده با واکسن دوگانه استرپ-ویبریو به روش تزریقی بودند. تمامی گروهها در سه تکرار تقسیم‌شده و طول دوره آزمایش ۶۰ روز بود. نمونه‌برداری از ماهیان در روزهای صفر، 30 و 60 آزمایش انجام شد. نتایج مطالعه حاضر در 60 روز پس از انجام واکسیناسیون حاکی از افزایش معنیدار سطح آنزیمهای گوارشی تریپسین و آلفا-آمیلاز در تمام گروهها نسبت به گروه شاهد بود. همچنین ایمن‌سازی ماهی باس دریایی آسیایی با واکسنهای مورداستفاده باعث افزایش معنی¬دار سطح آنزیم کیموتریپسـین در گروه¬های ویبریو تزریقی (U/mg 008/0±061/0) و غوطه‌وری (U/mg 019/0±06/0) نسبت به گروه شاهد در پایان دوره آزمایشی شد. بااین‌وجود نتایج حاکی از افزایش معنیدار سطح آنزیم پروتئاز در گروه استرپ- غوطه‌وری (U/mg 11/4±02/14) و سطح آنزیم لیپاز در گروه استرپ-تزریقی (U/mg 48/1±7/210)، ویبریو-تزریقی (U/mg 3±84/218)، ویبریو- غوطه‌وری (U/mg 03/5±3/181) و است-ویبر غوطه‌وری (U/mg 3±84/246) نسبت به گروه شاهد بود. علاوه بر این، افزایش معنی¬دار سطح آنزیم آلکالیــن فســفاتاز در گروه استرپ-تزریقی (U/mg 55/175±12/411) و ویبریو- غوطه‌وری (U/mg 95/191±78/416) نسبت به گروه شاهد مشاهده شد. نتایج این مطالعه پیشنهاد می‌دهد که واکسنهای تک‌واحدی و دوگانه استرپتوکوکوس اینیه و ویبریو هاروی مخصوصاً به روش غوطه‌وری می‌تواند به‌طور مثبتی سطح آنزیم‌های گوارشی را در بچه ماهیان سی‌باس آسیایی بهبود بخشد. <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of single and combined vaccines against Streptococcus iniae and Vibro harveyi on the activity of digestive enzymes in Asian sea bass (In the fall of 1398). The fish were randomly divided into 7 experimental groups including phosphate buffer saline (control), S. iniae vaccine by injection, S. iniae vaccine by immersion method, V. harveyi vaccine by injection, V. harveyi vaccine by immersion method, S. iniae / V. harveyi vaccines by immersion method, S. iniae / V. harveyi vaccines by injection. All groups were divided into three replications and the duration of the experiment was 60 days. Fish sampling was performed on days 0, 30, and 60 of the experiment. The results of the present study showed a significant increase in the levels of trypsin and alpha-amylase in all groups compared to the control group 60 days after vaccination. Also, immunization of Asian sea bass with the vaccines used caused a significant increase in the level of chymotrypsin in V. harveyi vaccine by injection and immersion groups compared to the control group at the end of the experimental period. The results also showed a significant increase in protease enzyme levels in S. iniae vaccine by immersion group and lipase enzyme levels in S. iniae vaccine by injection, V. harveyi vaccine by injection, V. harveyi vaccine by immersion, and S. iniae / V. harveyi vaccines by immersion groups compared to the control group. In addition, a significant increase in alkaline phosphatase enzyme levels was observed in S. iniae vaccine by injection and V. harveyi vaccines by immersion groups compared to the control group. The results of this study suggest that single and combined vaccines of Streptococcus iniae and Vibro harveyi, especially by immersion method, can positively improve the level of digestive enzymes in Asian sea bass juveniles.</div> واکسن‌های غوطه‌وری, واکسن‌های تزریقی, آنزیم‌های گوارشی, ماهی سی‌باس آسیایی.
