fa مطالعه بیوسیستماتیکی زیر خانواده (Oxudercinae) در خور غنام (شمال غربی خلیج فارس) Biosystematic study of the subfamily (Oxudercinae) in Ghannam estuary (Northwest of the Persian Gulf) شیلات Fisheries پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف سیستماتیک جانوری؛ شناسایی، نام‌گذاری، رده‌بندی جانوران و بازسازی روابط خویشاوندی بین آن‌ها در سطوح مختلف سازمان‌بندی است. ماهیان نسبت به سایر مهره داران، بیشتر تحت تاثیر تغییرات شرایط محیطی قرار میگیرند که حتی منجر به تغییرات بین و درون گونهای در آنها میشود. ماهیان باله شعاعی، بیشتر ماهیان شناخته شده و استخوانی امروزی از جمله گلخورک ها را شامل میشوند. گلخورکها متعلق به زیر راسته Gobioidei، خانواده گاوماهیانGobiidae  و زیرخانواده oxudercinae میباشند. در این مطالعه 140 نمونه ماهی گلخورک، در زمستان 97 تا بهار 98 از خور غنام صید شد و از لحاظ مورفومتری، مورفولوژی، تولیدمثلی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از مطالعات مورفولوژی و مورفومتری وجود دو گونهی  Periophthalmus waltoni  و Boleophthalmus dussumieri را در خور غنام نشان داد. طی این مطالعه فراوانی گونهی  Periophthalmus waltoniدر هر دو فصل پاییز و بهار بیشتر از گونه ی دیگر بود و گونهی  Boleophthalmu  dussumieriاز لحاظ فراوانی در رتبه ی دوم قرار داشت. طبق نتایج در هر دو گونهی شناسایی شده، جنسیتها مستقل از هم بودند. از لحاظ وجود دوریختی جنسی در صفات مورفومتریک آزمونهای آماری  T-testو ANOVA به صورت مجزا به روی هرکدام از جنس های نر و ماده انجام شد. نتایج آزمون MANOVA جدایی جمعیتی بین نرها و مادهها را اثبات کرد و نشان داد که در هر دو گونه جنس ماده اندازه بزرگ تری نسبت به جنس نر دارد. در هر دو گونه ی Periophthalmus waltoni وBoleophthalmus dussumieri جمعیت هردو جنس در دو فصل بهار دارای بیشترین توان تولیدمثلی بودند. نتایج نشان داد که در هر دو گونه، توانایی تولیدمثلی با افزایش وزن بدن، بالا میرود و ماهی با وزن بالاتر، توان تولیدمثلی بیشتری دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Animal systematic purpose; Identifying, naming, classifying animals and reconstructing the kinship relationships between them is at different levels of organization.Compared to other vertebrates, fishes are more affected by changes in environmental conditions, which even lead to inter- and intra-species changes in them. Actinopterygii fishes include most of the known and bony fishes of today, including mudskippers. mudskippers belong to the sub-order Gobioidei, family Gobiidae and sub-family oxudercinae.In this study, 140 mudskippers  fish samples were caught from Ghannam estuary in winter 2017 to spring 2018 and were studied in terms of morphometry, morphology, and reproduction. the results of morphological and morphometric studies showed the existence of two species Periophthalmus waltoni and Boleophthalmus dussumieri in Ghannam estuary.during this study, the frequency of Periophthalmus waltoni species was higher than the other species in both autumn and spring, and Boleophthalmus dussumieri was ranked second in terms of frequency. according to the results in both identified species, the sexes were independent of each other.in terms of the presence of Sexual size dimorphism in morphometric traits, T-test and ANOVA were conducted separately for each of the male and female sexes.the results of the MANOVA test proved the population separation between males and females and showed that in both species the female is larger than the male. in both species, Periophthalmus waltoni and Boleophthalmus dussumieri, the populations of both sexes had the highest reproductive capacity in spring. the results showed that in both species, reproductive ability increases with increasing body weight and a fish with a higher weight has a higher reproductive capacity.</div> گاوماهیان, خور غنام,oxudercinae , دوریختی جنسی, Periophthalmus waltoni ,Boleophthalmus Gobiadea, Ghannam estuary,oxudercinae, Sexual size dimorphism, Periophthalmus waltoni, Boleophthalmus dussumieri. 59 78 http://jmb.ahvaz.iau.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-592-1&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 Azam Makipour اعظم مکی پور 10031947532846006738 10031947532846006738 Yes Ashraf Jazayeri اشرف جزایری 10031947532846006739 10031947532846006739 No
