fa اثرات آلودگی صوتی بر برخی شاخص‏های رشد و بازماندگی بچه‏ماهی شیپ (Acipenser nudiventris) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research به منظور بررسی آلودگی صوتی بر برخی فاکتورهای رشد و بقاء بچه‏ماهی شیپ (Acipenser nudiventris) آزمایشی 40 روزه در سال 1391 در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تیمار در سه تکرار شامل تیمار شاهد با تراز شدت صوت 60 دسی بل (dB) و دو تیمار دیگر با تراز شدت صوت 80 و 100 دسی بل مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 90 عدد بچه ماهی با میانگین وزن و طول اولیه به ترتیب7/18 گرم و 9/14سانتی‏‏متر برای این طرح در نظر گرفته شد. بچه‏ماهیان در 9 عدد آکواریوم شیشه‏ای به ابعاد 45×40×70 سانتی‏‏متر که با آب چاه پر شده بودند مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. عملیات زیست‏سنجی ماهی‌ها هر 10  روز یک ‏بار صورت پذیرفت و در آن فاکتورهای وزن، طول، نرخ رشد ویژه، ضریب چاقی و نرخ بقاء بررسی شدند. در پایان آزمایش بررسی آزمون دانکن، بیانگر اختلافات معنی ‏داری بین میانگین فاکتورهای درصد افزایش وزن، درصد افزایش طول، نرخ رشد ویژه و نرخ بقاء بود که تیمار شاهد دارای بیشترین میانگین و تیمار دوم و سوم به ترتیب در مقام دوم و سوم (مقدار عددی) قرار داشتند (05/0>P). شاخص ضریب چاقی نیز اختلافات معنی‏داری را نشان داد و کمترین مقدار مربوط به تیمار شاهد است (05/0>P). In order to evaluate the effect of noise on some of growth factors and survival rate of Acipensernudiventrisfry a 40-day experiment was done through a completely randomized design framework with three repetitions.Ninety fish fry with the initial average weight and length of 18.7 g and 14.9 cm were considered.Thirty fish was considered as control and held in the voice intensity of 60 dB and the two other treatments were holdin the voice intensity of 80 and 100 dB. The Fish fry were tested in nine 45 × 40 × 70cm glass aquariums filled with water. The biometry of the fish was performed every 10 days and the weight, length, specific growth and survival factors were evaluated. ANOVA and Danken test indicated a significant difference between the mean weight, length, specific growth and survival rate in the end of the study. The control group mean total length was18.73±0.27 that was higher than two other groups (15.90±0.05 and 15.31±0.01 respectively. The Condition factor, which was the lowest for the control group, also showed statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). آلودگی صوتی، رشد، Acipenser nudiventris.
