fa تعیین عملکرد رشد و برخی از پارامترهای خونی و ایمنی ماهی کپور معمولی(Cyprinus carpio) تغذیه شده با سطوح مختلف کارواکرول، آنتول و لیمونن شیلات Fisheries پژوهشي Research <p>این تحقیق ب همنظور تعیین عملکرد رشد و برخی از پارامتر های خونی و ایمنی بچه ماهی کپور معمولی ) Cyprinus carpio ( تغذی هشده با سطوح مختلف افزودنی گیاهی در آزمایشگاه شیلات واحد علوم و تحقیقات گیلان در بهار و تابستان 1393 اجرا شد. تعداد 96 عدد بچه ماهی کپور معمولی با میانگین وزنی 40 / 3 ± 13 / 15 گرم در 12 وان فایبرگلاس 100 لیتری مجهز به هواده و تخلیه آب مرکزی با تراکم 8 عدد در هر وان پرورش داده شدند. ماهیان به مدت 2 هفته با شرایط پرورشی سازگار شدند. بچه ماهیان کپور با چهار جیره حاوی 0، 1، 5/ 1 و 2 گرم در کیلوگرم افزودنی گیاهی شامل کارواکرول، آنتول و لیمونن با 3 تکرار )طرح کاملاً تصادفی( تغذیه شدند. میانگین دما، اکسیژن محلول و pH طی دوره پرورش به ترتیب 70 / 1± 12 / 23 درجه سانت یگراد، 41 / 0± 23 / 7 میل یگرم در لیتر و 81 / 0± 5/ 7 بود. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین وزن نهایی، طول نهایی، درصد افزایش وزن بدن، میانگین رشد روزانه، شاخص رشد ویژه، ضریب چاقی و کمترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی در تیمار 2 گرم در کیلوگرم افزودنی گیاهی مشاهده شد که اختلاف معن یداری با سایر تیمارها نداشت ) 05 / P>0 (. بیشترین تعداد گلبول های سفید در تیمارهای 1 و 2 گرم در کیلوگرم افزودنی گیاهی دیده شد. هر سه تیمار تغذی هشده با افزودنی گیاهی تعداد لنفوسیت بیشتری ) 05 / )P>0 نسبت به شاهد داشتند. بیشترین میزان لیزوزیم به ترتیب در تیمارهای 2 و 1 گرم در کیلوگرم و بیشترین میزان IgM در تیمار 1 گرم در کیلوگرم افزودنی گیاهی مشاهده شد که با سایر تیمارهای آزمایشی اختلاف معن یداری را نشان ندادند ) 05 / P>0 (. بر اساس نتایج مذکور، م یتوان اظهار نمود که افزودنی گیاهی در سطح 2 گرم در کیلوگرم م یتواند در افزایش عملکرد رشد و نیز بهبود برخی از شاخص های خونی و ایمنی اختصاصی و غیراختصاصی بچه ماهیان کپور پرورشی مؤثر باشد.</p> <p>This study was carried out to determine the growth performance and some hematological and immune parameters of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) fingerlings fed different levels of herbal additive in the fisheries laboratory of Guilan science and research branch, Islamic Azad University, in spring and summer 2014. A total of 96 common carp fingerlings weighing 15.13±3.40 g were reared in 12 100-L fiberglass tanks equipped with central aeration and water central discharge and kept at a density of 8 fish per each tank. Fish were adapted to new rearing conditions for 2 weeks. Fingerlings were fed four different diets containing 0, 1, 1.5 and 2g/kg herbal additive including carvacrol, anethole and limonene in diet with three replicates (completely randomized design). Mean temperature, dissolved oxygen and pH were 23.12 ± 1.70°C, 7.23 ± 0.41mg/L and 7.5 ± 0.81, respectively. The results showed that the highest final weight, final length, percentage of body weight increase, average daily growth, specific growth rate, condition factor and the lowest FCR was observed in treatment 2g/kg herbal additive which had no significant difference with other treatments (P> 0.05). The most number of white blood cells was observed in treatments 1 and 2g/ kg herbal additive. All three treatments were fed herbal additive had more lymphocytes (P>0.05) compared to the control. The maximum amounts of lysozyme and IgM were observed in treatments 2 and 1g/kg and 1g/kg, respectively which showed no statistically significant difference with other experimental treatments (P>0.05).
