fa بررسی مقایسه‌ای برخی از پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی سرم خون ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) در اندازه‌های مختلف شیلات Fisheries پژوهشي Research در این تحقیق، تعیین و بررسی مقایسه‌ای برخی از فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی سرم خون ماهی‌قزل-آلای رنگین‌کمان در اندازه‌های مختلف انجام پذیرفت. آزمایش در 4 گروه وزنی شامل 10-5، 100-50، 500300 و 800-600 گرم و با تعداد 10 قطعه ماهی از هر گروه انجام پذیرفت. خون‌گیری از ماهیان با استفاده از قطع ورید ساقه دمی انجام گرفته، خون‌ها در ظرف مخصوص قرار داده شدند و در آزمایشگاه در دستگاه سانتریفیوژ با 5000 دور در مدت 5 دقیقه سرم، جداسازی و سپس برای اندازه‌گیری فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی، در دستگاه اتوآنالیزر قرار داده شد و مقادیر هر کدام از فاکتورها به وسیله دستگاه تعیین گردید. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی در مورد فاکتورهای بیوشیمیای سرم خون ماهی قزل-آلای‌رنگین کمان نشان داد که از لحاظ میزان گلوکز، کلسترول، تری‌گلیسرید، کلسیم، فسفر، کلراید، آهن، پروتئین کل و آلبومین سرم خون اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری در بین اندازه‌های مختلف ماهی قزل‌آلا وجود دارد (P< 0.05). همچنین نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد هیچ‌گونه اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری در مقدار سدیم و پتاسیم سرم خون وجود ندارد (P> 0.05). نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که با افزایش سن و اندازه ماهی میزان کلسترول، تری‌گلیسرید، فسفر، آهن، پروتئین کل و آلبومین سرم خون افزایش و میزان گلوکز و کلراید کاهش می‌یابد اما هیچ تغییری در میزان سدیم و پتاسیم سرم خون بوجود نمی‌آید. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بین فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی سرم خون یک گونه ماهی در در اندازه‌های مختلف تفاوت وجود دارد. In this study, the comparative evaluation of some blood biochemical parameters of rainbow trout carried out in different sizes. The study was conducted in four weight categories include 5-10, 50-100, 300-500 and 600-800 g with total of 10 fish from each group. Then, blood samples were obtained through tail vein puncture and the non-heparinized blood samples were centrifuged for 5 minutes at 5000 g, and separated serum were used to determine with an automatic analyser machine (Persige 24 I) the levels of the factors. The results of blood biochemical factors in Oncorhynchus mykiss showed there were significant differences between the different size at levels of glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, calcium, phosphorus, chloride, iron, total protein and albumin (P < 0.05). Also, results showed there were no significant differences at values of sodium and potassium (P > 0.05). The results showed that with increasing age and size of fish the levels of cholesterol, triglycerides, phosphorus, iron, total protein and albumin were increased and the levels of glucose and chloride were decreased.But, no change observed in value of sodium and potassium blood serum.
