fa تأثیر فعالیت‌های صید پره برتغییرات ساختار بستر سواحل جنوبی دریای خزر (مناطق رودسروچابکسر) شیلات Fisheries پژوهشي Research دراین مطالعه تأثیر فعالیت‌های صید پره برتغییـرات ساختار رسوبی بستر در مناطق رودسر و چابکسر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نمونه‌برداری از رسوبات بسترمناطق پره‌کشی و غیرصیادی درایستگاه‌های رودسر و چابکسر در اعماق 3 ، 6 ، 10 متر و با سه تکرار در هر عمق از هر ایستـگاه در فصول پاییز و زمستان سال1390 با استفـاده از دستـگاه گراب رسوب بردار (Van veen grab)با سطح پوشش 225 سانتی‏متر مربع به صورت ماهانه انجام شد.نتایج نشان می‌دهد که درصد سیلت-رس در ایستگاه‏های رودسر و چابکسر در فصول پاییز و زمستان در مناطقپره‌کشی و غیرصیادی و در اعماق مختلف نمونه‏برداری دارای اختلاف معنی‌دار است (05/0P<)، به طوری که میزان سیلت-رس در منطقه پره‌کشی بیش از میزان آندر منطقه غیرصیادی بوده است. مقدار مواد آلی کل رسوب در ایستگاه رودسر در فصول پاییز و زمستان در منطقه پره‌کشیبه ترتیب 6/2 و 2/2 درصد و در منطقه غیرصیادی به ترتیب 3/2 و 7/1 درصد بوده و در ایستگاه چابکسر در فصول پاییز و زمستان در منطقه پره‌کشی به ترتیب 5/2 درصد و 2/2 درصد و در منطقه غیرصیادی به ترتیب 5/1 و 3/1 درصد محاسبه شد که در مناطق پره‌کشی و غیرصیادی اختلافمعنی‌داری با یکدیگر نشان می‌دهند (05/0p<). بین موادآلی وسیلت-رسهم بستگی مثبت ومعنی‌دار وجوددارد. نتایج این بررسی مؤید آن است که بافت بسترمناطق پره‌کشیو غیرصیادی در اعماق مختلف نمونه برداری با هم متفاوت است. In this study, the effect of beach-seine catching activitieson changesof sediment structure of bed in Rudsar and Chaboksar areas were investigated. Samplesof sedimentwere takenmonthlywithaVan Veen grabcoveringasurfaceareaof 225 cm2 from seining and non-fishing areasofRudsarandChaboksar stations in depths of 3, 6 and 10 meters with 3 repetitions in each depth, in autumn and winter 2011.The results showa significant difference between the percentage of silt-clayinthe various sampling depths of seining area and the percentage of silt-clay in the various sampling depths of non-fishing area, in each of Rudsar and Chaboksar stations and each of autumn and winter seasons(P< 0.05). So that, the amount of silt-clay in seining area has been more than the amount of silt-clay in non-fishing area. In the Rudsar station, the amount of Total Organic Matter of the seining area were 2.6 and 2.2percent in autumn and winter, respectively, and these amounts for non-fishing area were 2.3 percent in autumn and 1.7percent in winter.Also in the Chaboksar station, the amount of Total Organic Matter of the seining area were 2.5 and 2.2 percent in autumn and winter, respectively, and these amounts for non-fishing area were1.5 percent in autumn and 1.3 percent in winter. Results indicateda significant difference between the amounts of Total Organic Matter in seining and non-fishing areas(P< 0.05). Also, the amount of Organic Matter has significant and positive correlation with the percentage of silt-clay.
