fa مطالعه تأثیر اسانس برخی گیاهان بر ایمنی غیراختصاصی ماهی استرلیاد (Acipenserruthenus) شیلات Fisheries پژوهشي Research مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر اسانس گیاهان پونه کوهی (Menthalongifolia)، مرزه معمولی (Saturejahortensis) و آویشن شیرازی (Zataria multiflora) بر برخی شاخص‌های ایمنی غیر اختصاصی ماهی استرلیاد (Acipenserruthenus)صورت پذیرفت. اسانس گیاهان به-میزان یک درصد به غذای روزانه ماهیان به‌مدت یک ماه اضافه شد و در پایان دوره شاخص‌های ایمنی سلولی و همورال ماهیان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی نشان داد که درصد نوتروفیل‌ها در گروه-های آزمون نسبت به گروه شاهد به‌خصوص در مورد آویشن شیرازی و مرزه معمولی افزایش معنی داری داشته است (05/0>P)، اگرچه تفاوت معنی‌داری بین تعداد کلی گلبول‏های سفید در گروه‌های مختلف مشاهده نشد. تعداد جرم فاگوسیته شده و درصد فاگوسیتوز نیز در گروه‌‌های دریافت کننده اسانس بیش‏تر از گروه شاهد بود (05/0>P). نتایج همچنین حاکی از افزایش میزان لیزوزیم در هر سه گروه دریافت کننده اسانس بود که بین گروه شاهد و گروه‌ دریافت کننده گیاه مرزه اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت (05/0>P). بطورکلی نتایج حاکی از ارتقاء برخی شاخص‌های ایمنی سلولی و همورال در ماهی استرلیاد متعاقب استفاده از اسانس گیاهان مورد اشاره می‌باشد، لذا استفاده از اسانس‌های مورد بررسی بخصوص مرزه و آویشن جهت ارتقاء ایمنی این گونه ماهی توصیه می‌شود The current study was done with the aim of evaluating the effects of the essential oils extracted from Menthalongifolia, Saturejahortensis, Zataria multiflora on some hematological parameters insterletfish (Acipenserruthenus).The essential oils were added to daily diet (1%) for onemonth and cellular and humoral immunity parameters were studied at the end of the experiment. The results indicated that the percent of neutrophils has been increased in test groups, especially for Zataria multiflora andMenthalongifolia, comparedto the control group (P≤0.05),however no significant difference was observed for leukocytes among different groups. Number of phagocytic bacteria in test groups was also higher than the control group (P<0.05). The results also indicated an increase in lysozyme level in test groups with a statistical difference between the fish fed by Saturejahortensis and control group (P≤0.05). Principally, the results represented the increase of some cellular and humoral immune parameters of starlet following administration of the essential oil of the above-mentioned plants accordingly using the studied essential oils especiallySaturejahortensis and Zataria multiflora for this fish species is recommended. ماهی استرلیاد, سیستم ایمنی, گیاهان دارویی, Acipenserruthenus.
