fa تعیین غلظت کشنده(LC 96h) عصاره هیدروالکلی آویشن شیرازی (Zataria multiflora) و اثرات آن بر شمارش افتراقی گلبول‏های سفید خون بچه تاس‏ماهی ایرانی (Acipenser persicus) شیلات Fisheries پژوهشي Research امروزه همگام با توسعه پرورش ماهیان خاویاری در کشور، لزوم توجه به سلامت آبزیان و استفاده از موادی با منشاء طبیعی در مبارزه با عوامل بیماری‏زای این ماهیان امری ضروری محسوب می گردد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی و تعیین غلظت کشندگی عصاره هیدروالکلی آویشن شیرازی در بچه تاس‏ماهی ایرانی به منظور دستیابی به اطلاعات در راستای اجرای مطالعات درمانی صورت پذیرفت. این بررسی بر روی بچه تاس‏ماهیان ایرانی با میانگین وزنی 51/0 ± 22/3 گرم و میانگین طولی 65/0 ± 17/9 سانتی‏متر اجرا شد. به منظور مطالعه تاثیرات این عصاره ، 240 عدد بچه تاس‏ماهی در 7 تیمار و یک گروه شاهد (هر تیمار با سه تکرار) در نظر گرفته شد. این آزمایش براساس روش O.E.C.D و در مدت زمان96 ساعت اجرا گردید. بدین منظور با استفاده از روش محاسباتی Probit Analaysis، نسبت به ترسیم معادله خط رگرسیون و سپس تعیین مقادیر مختلف غلظت‌های کشنده اقدام گردید. در این تحقیق مقادیرLC10 ، LC50 و LC90 عصاره هیدروالکلی آویشن شیرازی به ترتیب معادل 12/431،65/766و 64/1363میلی‏گرم در لیتر تعیینشد. نتایج حاصل از مطالعه شمارش افتراقی گلبولهای سفید خون حاکی از وجود اختلاف معنی‏دار آماری در میزان لنفوسیت، نوتروفیل و ائوزینوفیل بین تیمارها و شاهد بود (05/0>p). Today, along with the development of sturgeon farming in the country, the need for attention to the health of aquatic animals and the use of substances of natural origin are considered essential in the fight against pathogens.This study carried out to determine LC96h for hydro alcoholic extracts of Zataria multifloraon Persian sturgeon (Acipenser persicus) fingerlings for future application studies. Fingerlings were 3.22±0.51g in weight and 9.17±0.65cm in total length. In order to study the effects of these extracts, 240 fingerlings selected in 7 treatments and one control group (3 replications for each treatment) was used. During the experiment the temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, electric conductivity and water hardness were measured throughout the study. This experiment conducted according to O.E.C.D method for 96h period. So, using Probit Analysis, the linear regression equation drawn, then different lethal concentrations measured. In this survey according to Probit Analysis, LC10, LC50 and LC90 for hydro alcoholic extract of Zataria multiflorawas 431.12, 766.65, 1363.64 mg/l, respectively.
