fa رابطه طول- وزن ماهی کفشک زبان گاوی (Cynoglossus arel) در سواحل شمالی خلیج فارس تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report <p>گونه کفشک زبان گاوی درشت پولک (<em>Cynoglossus</em> <em>arel</em>) متعلق به خانواده Cynoglossidae از ماهیان کفزی بوده و در سراسر خلیج فارس و دریای عمان پراکنش دارد. 5 گونه از خانواده Cynoglossidae در آب های ساحلی خلیج فارس در استان بوشهر شناسایی گردیدند. جهت انجام این مطالعات، 240 نمونه کفشک زبان گاوی درشت پولک از دی 1387 تا آذر 1388 به وسیله تور ترال عمقی (Bottom trawl) صید شده و در یخدان های محتوی پودر یخ به آزمایشگاه انتقال داده شدند. سپس طول کل و وزن کل ماهیان به طور دقیق اندازه گیری شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و رسم نمودار از نرم افزار SPSS، آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه ANOVA و ضریب رگرسیون استفاده گردید. میانگین طول کل 01/2 ± 98/28 سانتی متر و میانگین وزن کل 92/15 ± 80/109 بر حسب گرم به دست آمد. براساس نتایج این بررسی رابطه بین طول کل و وزن این گونه به صورت W=0/257TL^1/757 تعیین گردید. این معادله در ماهیان ماده و نر به ترتیب W=0/308TL^1/760 و W=0/494TL^1/589 بدست آمد. </p> Large-scale tongue sole (<em>Cynoglossus</em> <em>arel</em>) belongs to the family of Cynoglossidae and is a benthic fish. It distributes around the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea. It has been identified 5 species of Cynoglossidae in coastal waters of Persian Gulf in the Bushehr Province. For this study, 240 samples of large-scale tongue soles were caught with a bottom trawl and transferred in the freezer containing ice powder to the laboratory from January 2008 to December 2009. Then, the total length (TL) and weight (W) of fish were measured accurately. SPSS, One-Way ANOVA and regression coefficient were used to analyze data and drawing the graphs. Mean total length (TL) 28.98±2.01 cm and mean weight (W) 109.80± 15.92 g were determined. Based on the results of this study, the relationship between total length and weight of this species was calculated as W= 0.257 TL^1.757.
