fa بررسی تنوع و ترکیب گونه ای مرجان ها در زیستگاه های مصنوعی شمال خلیج فارس (بحرکان) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تنوع و ترکیب گونه ای مرجان های متکی بر زیستگاه های مصنوعی 6 و 7 ساله احداث شده در سواحل بحرکان واقع در شمال شرقی خلیج فارس انجام شد. نمونه های مرجانی به صورت فصلی، از بهار تا زمستان 1388، از 4 ایستگاه، به طور تصادفی و با استفاده از کوادرات 25/0 × 25/0 متر، از طریق غواصی جمع آوری شدند. در طول دوره مطالعاتی 8 گونه مرجان نرم و تنها یگ گونه مرجان سخت مشاهده شد. نتایج مشخص کرد که مرجان های نرم و به ویژه .<em>Plumarella</em> <em>sp</em> بیش از 90 درصد پوشش زنده را به خود اختصاص دادند. همچنین ایستگاه های واقع در محل سازه های جدید و قدیم دارای ترکیب گونه ای متفاوتی از مرجان ها بودند. مرجان .<em>Anthomasthus</em> <em>sp</em> در ایستگاه قدیم و گونه .<em>Plumarella</em> <em>sp</em> در سایر ایستگاه ها به عنوان گونه های غالب مرجان شناخته شدند. تفاوت های بین دو نوع سازه را می توان ناشی از تفاوت در مکان استقرار، اندازه، پروفیل و سن آنها دانست. This study was carried out to study on the diversity and species structure of corals in 6 and 7 years old artificially made substrates in Bahrekan coastal water in the Northwest of the Persian Gulf. Seasonal sampling from 4 stations was done by SCUBA diving from May 2009 to February 2010. The samples were randomly obtained by using quadrates of 0.25m. During the studied period, 8 species of soft coral and only one hard coral were recorded. Also soft corals, mainly <em>Plumarella</em> <em>sp</em>. accounted up to 90 percent of the total living coverage in the artificial reef. Two type of artificial reefs (old and young) showed differences in the species composition. <em>Anthomasthus</em> <em>sp</em>. had the highest percentage coverage at the old site, while <em>Plumarella</em> <em>sp</em>. was the dominant species in the other sites.
