fa بررسی وضعیت تلاش صیادی و صید عروس دریایی موزی (Catostylus perezi Ranson, 1945) در آب های شمالی دریای عمان Estimation of Catch and Fishing Effort of Banana jellyfish (Catostylus perezi Ranson, 1945) in the northern waters of the Oman Sea شیلات Fisheries پژوهشي Research در بررسی حاضر، میزان صید و تلاش صیادی عروس دریایی (ژله فیش) با نمونه برداری از دو منطقه صیادی عمده این گونه در شمال دریای عمان (ایران) شامل تیس و پزم از فروردین 1403 لغایت اسفند1403 ارزیابی شد. جهت برآورد میزان صید تخلیه شده در هر ماه، نمونه گیری به صورت جمع آوری آمار واطلاعات از محل تخلیه بود که به صورت سر شماری در مکان و نمونه گیری در زمان انجام گرفت. بر اساس بیومتری ۵۰۳ عروس دریایی موزی در سال ۱۴۰۳، میانگین طول این گونه 22 ± 6 سانتی‌متر (دامنه ۸ تا ۴۰ سانتی‌متر) و میانگین وزن آن ۳۴۲ ± ۹۴۲ گرم (دامنه ۱۸۰ تا ۱۷۰۰ گرم) ثبت شد. میزان تلاش صیادی و صید عروس دریایی نشان دهنده آن است، ایستگاه پزم دارای بیشترین میزان صید و نیز تلاش صیادی (برحسب روز-قایق) در زمان برداشت را دارا بود (0/05 P <). در حالت کلی وضعیت صید برآوردی گونه عروس دریایی حدود 2/2 هزار تن صید (با اضافه کردن قسمت تاج حدود 3 هزارتن) با  تلاش صیادی 3250 روز-صید قایق در سال بوده و میانگین سالانه صید به ازای تلاش صیادی (CPUE) هر قایق نزدیک 351 ± 456 کیلوگرم می باشد. مطالعه حاضر براساس میزان صید و صید به ازای تلاش صیادی (CPUE) می تواند جهت حفظ و پایداری صید، مدیریت صحیح و اصولی در بهره برداری و نیز درک بهتر ویژگی های زیستی و جمعیتی این گونه مدنظر قرار گیرد.   In the present study, the catch and fishing effort of Banana jellyfish (Catostylus perezi) were evaluated from two major fishing areas in the Persian Gulf (Iran), including Tis and Pozm, from March 2024 to March 2025. To estimate the monthly landed catch, sampling was conducted by collecting data at landing sites, using a combination of census method in space and sampling in time. A total of 503 Banana jellyfish were biometrically measured. The mean length (range) of C. perezi was recorded as 22 ± 6 cm (8–40 cm), and the mean weight (range) was obtained as 924 ± 342 g (180–1700 g). The results of fishing effort and catch indicated that Pozm station had the highest catch rate and fishing effort (in terms of boat-days) during the study period (P < 0.05). Overall, the estimated annual C. perezi catch was about 2200 tons (reaching approximately 3000 tons when including the head portion), with a total fishing effort of 3250 boat-days per year. The annual average catch per unit effort (CPUE) per boat was estimated at 456 ± 351 kg.  The present study, based on catch rates and catch per unit effort (CPUE), can be considered for the conservation and sustainability of fishing, proper and principled management of exploitation, as well as for gaining a better understanding of the biological and population characteristics of this species. صید, صید به ازای تلاش صیادی (CPUE), عروس دریایی (ژله فیش) موزی, دریای عمان.
