fa بررسی تاثیر اندازه قلاب و نوع طعمه بر میزان صید و فراوانی طولی ماهی‌های صید شده به روش قلاب دستی در بندر رمین (سواحل سیستان و بلوچستان) Investigating the effect of hook size and bait type on the catch rate (weight and number percentage) and length frequency of fish caught by handline fishing in Ramin port (Sistan and Baluchestan coasts) شیلات Fisheries پژوهشي Research هدف از انجام این مطالعه، مقایسه دو نوع شماره قلاب جی شکل 6 و 12 به منظور تعیین ترکیب صید، میزان صید، فراوانی طولی گونههای صید شده، تعیین درصد افراد صید شده بالای اندازه (Lm50) بود. در هر مرحله از صید به صورت تناوبی از قلاب جی شکل شماره 6 و 12 همراه با طعمه ساردین (Sardinella sindensis) و طلال (Rastrelliger kanagurta) استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از صید به صورت جداگانه در فرمهای از پیش تعیین شده ثبت شد. عملیات نمونه‌برداری درمنطقه بندر رمین در شهرستان چابهار اجرا شد. پس از هر مرحله صید ماهیان جمع‌آوری شده، وزن و شمارش شده و طول کل آنها اندازهگیری شد. ترکیب غالب صید شامل گونه‌های کوترساده (Sphyraena Jello)، ماهی شیر (Scomberomorus commerson)، گوازیم دمرشتهای (Nemipterus Japonicus)، سنگسر معمولی (Pomadasys kaakan) و شهری معمولی (Lethrinus nebulosus) بود.  در کل دوره نمونه‌برداری تعداد 804 عدد ماهی به وزن کل 176/751 کیلوگرم صید شد، که از این تعداد 585 قطعه ماهی به وزن 703 کیلوگرم باقلاب شماره 6 (قلاب بزرگتر) و 219 قطعه ماهی به وزن 48 کیلو گرم با قلاب شماره 12 (قلاب کوچکتر) صید شدند. به طور کلی قلاب شماره 6 از نظر تعداد بیش از 2.5 برابر و از نظر وزنی بیش از14 برابر قلاب شماره 12 ماهی صید کرده بود. این امر حاکی از این است که اندازه ماهیان موجود در صیدگاه و اندازه دهان آنها با قلاب شماره 6 و اندازه طعمه متصل به آن انطباق بیشتری داشته است. به طوری که ماهی شیر و کوتر ساده  به ترتیب با میانگین طولی 86 و 55 سانتیمتر بیشترین درصد وزنی(28 و 35) و درصدعددی (9 و 45) را در بین سایر ماهیهای صید شده با این قلاب داشته اند. نتایج آزمون کایاسکوئر نشان داد ترکیب صید قلاب جی شکل شماره 6 و 12 با طعمه ساردین وطلال تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت. (05/0<P). نتایج آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف نشان داد که توزیع فراوانی طولی برای گونه‌های گوازیم‌دم‌رشته‌ای، سارم دهان بزرگ، شهری معمولی، سرخو معمولی، سنگسر معمولی، ماهی شیر و کوتر ساده بین دو اندازه قلاب و دو نوع طعمه تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (05/0<P). با انتخاب قلاب و طعمه مناسب می‌توان به صید انتخابی بهتری در مناطق صیادی مبادرت کرد.   The aim of this study was to compare two types of J-shaped hooks, sizes 6 and 12, to determine catch composition, catch rate, length frequency of captured species, and to determine the percentage of individuals caught above the length at maturity (Lm50). During each fishing operation, J-shaped hooks of sizes 6 and 12 were used alternately with Sardinella sindensis and Rastrelliger kanagurta as bait. The results of the catches were recorded separately in pre-designed forms. Sampling operations were conducted in the Ramin Port area of Chabahar County. After each fishing operation, the collected fish were weighed, counted, and their total length measured. The dominant catch composition included the species Sphyraena jello, Scomberomorus commerson, Nemipterus japonicus, Pomadasys kaakan, and Lethrinus nebulosus. During the entire sampling period, 804 fish were caught with a total weight of 751.176 kg, of which 585 fish weighing 703 kg were caught with hook number 6 (larger hook) and 219 fish weighing 48 kg were caught with hook number 12 (smaller hook). In general, hook number 6 caught more than 2.5 times more fish in terms of number and more than 14 times more fish in terms of weight than hook number 12. This indicates that the size of the fish in the fishing area and the size of their mouths were more consistent with hook number 6 and the size of the bait attached to it. So that the spanish mackerel and the common barracuda with an average length of 86 and 55 cm, respectively, had the highest weight percentage (28 and 35) and number percentage (9 and 45) among other fish caught with this hook. The results of the chi-square test showed that there was no significant difference between the catch composition of J-hooks No. 6 and 12 with sardine and indian mackerel baits (P<0.05).. The results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test indicated that there was no significant difference in the length frequency distribution for the species Nemipterus japonicus, Scomberoides commersonnianus , Lethrinus nebulosus, Lutjanus Johnii, Pomadasys kaakan, Scomberomorus commerson, and Sphyraena jello between the two hook sizes and two bait types (P > 0.05).
